Have is an auxiliary verb. It has three forms- have, has and had. Have and has are used in present tense. And had is used in past tense. We can use ‘have’ with first and second person singular as well as plural number. We use ‘has’ with third person singular noun.
That is we can use
  • ‘have’ with pronouns I, we, you, they and any plural noun

Use of Have, Has and Had

 How to Use Have, Has and had in Sentence

There are three forms of have. Those are have that is base form. Has is also a base form but has is used for third person and singular numbered noun. Have and has are used in present tense. Have can also be used in future tense. Had is past form of have and used in past tense. 
We can use forms of have to-
  • explain possession
  • tell about the completed action

BODMAS- acronym for Brackets, Orders, Division, Multiplication, Addition, Subtraction. Rules to get correct answer of equations with more operations. Examples-

Example of BODMAS- Order of Operations

We shall take examples-
  1. Brackets first
             5 × (4 + 6) = 5 × 10 = 50   Correct answer
           First add 4 & 6 and then multiply by 5

Test for divisibility by 2: Rules:

All multiples of 2 that is 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26… are 
divisible by 2.
We know what even and odd numbers are.
All even numbers are divisible by 2. We know that all even numbers have 0,2,4,6 or 8 at their unit place. And obviously, all odd numbers that is numbers having 1,3,5,7 or 9 at their unit place are not divisible by 2.
If we actually divide-
  • even number by 2, we get the remainder 0. It means, this number is completely divisible by 2.
  • odd number by 2, we get the remainder other than 0. It means, this number is not divisible by 2.

 Divisibility test- If one number is divided by another and we get remainder zero; it means first number is completely divisible by another. Get with examples-



When we divide the number 24 by 6, we get-
  • the quotient 4
  • and remainder 0.
That is, we can say that the number-
  • 24 is completely divisible by 6.
  • 24 is a multiple of 6.
